I shouldn't have come into this thread because after reading about the critical rate I want this guy to be a fun sub-main of mine.

It isn't swapped out. There are other items with similar effects. I remember one ring which gives a bonus at level 100 and another bonus at level 120 (or something similar to that anyway)

The effects definitely stack.

Worst hot time ever. got a gigantic sledge. Used the epic potential scroll on my fan and it was 2 lined with Accuracy and chance to freeze. Eurghh.

This is correct. 4th job does not get the extra +5 stat and 1 attack/matt. Strange.
