Log in from noon to midnight on Saturday, March 9 (12 PM to 11:59 PM Pacific) and click the gift box icon on the left side of your game window to receive some powerful items for Kanna! Epic Potential 100\% Scroll, Sengoku Pendant, and 5 Sengoku Coins will be given out on Saturday!

Your character must be Lv.13 or above to accept the free items. If you are logged in before noon, or you reach level 13 during the event period, you must relog into MapleStory to claim your gifts. Be sure to open the box during its event period - it'll disappear at midnight the next day (12 AM Pacific, 3 AM Eastern)!

I hope they do this hot day a second time, after Hayato's release. I don't want to have to spend money on GMS just to transfer that pendant to my GMS Hayato. It's such a good pendant to have on a Hayato, too.

There's still a chance that it might not have a 7 day limit. the 5-star enhancement scroll didn't.
Make yourself a Timeless Katana, trade it over to your Kanna or whatever character you accepted the scroll on and Voila!

Yeah that's what actually I had in mind, but there's a 95% chance I won't be available for the next from 3/11 to the next 20 days, I'm moving from state and I doubt I will have a chance to make the timeless katana before it expires.

I don't play GMS regularly. I don't know these things. I don't even plan to play GMS from now until Hayato's release.

The pendant is coming in this hot time before Hayato's release. It's untradeable and requires a sharing tag, but gives bonuses for a Hayato, the only way for a Hayato to get one is through buying a sharing tag.

It gives +5% critical rate, +5 all stats, and +1 weapon/magic attack as an equip bonus for Kanna and Hayato. On a Hayato, it means one step closer to 100% critical rate, which is important, because of Hayato's innate high critical damage.

With that and the Hayato Helmet, you can reach 100% critical rate when Issen is used, assuming you have Battoujutsu active. Without it, you'd need the Phantom link skill to reach 100%, or other gear that increases % critical rate.
