Link Wrote:It gives +5% critical rate, +5 all stats, and +1 weapon/magic attack as an equip bonus for Kanna and Hayato. On a Hayato, it means one step closer to 100% critical rate, which is important, because of Hayato's innate high critical damage.

With that and the Hayato Helmet, you can reach 100% critical rate when Issen is used, assuming you have Battoujutsu active. Without it, you'd need the Phantom link skill to reach 100%, or other gear that increases % critical rate.
