This is the fastest and kindest thing I have ever seen the GMs do. Too bad it's Dragon Nest ones. L>them on the maplestory team

Brother's account got flagged on dragon nest for botting. No idea what exactly triggered it but he left it in a dungeon for about 6 hours doing nothing at like 5% of the final boss hp (he was dead with no res and we left for work). That was the only thing we thought of that could trigger it. When you get flagged for botting, the following happens

- In dungeons, you can't attack anything. Your skills will still show up and everything, but it will be as if all monsters have god mode. You can still get hit though

- In PvP, the same thing will happen where everyone will have god mode except for yourself

- All you can do really is merchant

That happened on Wednesday 3/16 I believe. I sent in a ticket the following afternoon. Got this a week later.

Eh, they still claimed he was at fault and was using 3rd party programs. I don't see it as much of a win, honestly.

Even though we're still positive you broke the rules, we're going to let you continue because you said you didn't, and we know that we can't be trusted.

I was perma banned on Maple once and Nexon reversed it in 1 week after I provided reasonable proof that I wasn't doing what they claimed I was.

Only in Nexon would customers be satisfied with them giving that reply message.

i see your point but on the other hand, why would the guy leave his char dead in a boss dungeon for over 6 hours? I suppose there shouldn't be a issue since he was just laying on the ground but I can't help but put some blame on him too for choosing such a place to leave his char.

There was 1 person left who could solo the last 1/3 HP bar if they wanted to waste 20 minutes. Thus the run would technically be a success and my brother would get a +1 count for the boss dungeon towards an event.

I told him to leave but no All is good now, he got his char back to normal. I really want to send my maple complaints under the "Dragon Nest" heading now and have them read my maple tickets.

well, atleast he got a reply, I have unanswered tickets from long ago I just stopped caring about.
