Level 100 dilligence and scrolls

So a friend of mine and me have been discussing the rates and apparently he's using ???math while I'm using regular math.

Basically at level 100 Dilligence you get a +10% succesrate on your scrolls. Does this mean that any 90% scrolls (Advanced Potential Scroll, second Advanced Enhancement Scroll, etc.) gives you a 100% succes rate (90+10) or using my friend's theory..;

x = 90
z = x/100x10
x+z = ????

..a 99% succes rate?

i sa it would make sense after... what was ot? 180+ days raising the status.

I'll break the game by using a 100% scroll which then turns into a 110% scrolls . Well, too bad it doesn't work on Enhancement and Potential scrolls. Would it work with Vega Spells, though?

Not that Nexon's skill descriptions have ever meant pomegranate, but it says "Scroll Success Rate: +#%".

Probably stuff like Potential and Enhancement scrolls, maybe Chaos as well.
