So a friend of mine and me have been discussing the rates and apparently he's using ???math while I'm using regular math.
Basically at level 100 Dilligence you get a +10% succesrate on your scrolls. Does this mean that any 90% scrolls (Advanced Potential Scroll, second Advanced Enhancement Scroll, etc.) gives you a 100% succes rate (90+10) or using my friend's theory..;

x+z = ????
..a 99% succes rate?

Dilligence doesn't affect potential, nor enhancement scrolls.

Everybody in KMS perhaps, but we only recently got this update. Not everything is commonplace yet.

I'll break the game by using a 100% scroll which then turns into a 110% scrolls
. Well, too bad it doesn't work on Enhancement and Potential scrolls. Would it work with Vega Spells, though?
