Dear Players,

Currently our Ticketing System, powered by Parature,is not available for all players. We are currently working with our vendor to resolve the issue and we hope to have it back up shortly.

Dear Players,

Thank you for your patience while we resolved our Ticketing System's downtime. We have identified the issue, and have successfully brought it back up.

However, this particular issue caused us to lose all pre-existing tickets. Even after extending the maintenance on it, we are deeply sorry for what it has caused to you. Whether they were open, closed, or resolved from previous logs, we were unable to retrieve any of them. Because of this issue, we now encourage all those whom had open tickets to submit another with as much detail as possible if you are able to remember it.

We sincerely apologize for this issue, and we are making sure this does not happen again in the future. Thanks once again for your patience.

I'd love that to happen...I might be able to submit a ticket again and get someone new to take a look at my case...
