Does the new rings stacks with the old rings? Like the Resistance Lux Ring stack with the Explorer Critical and the old Lilin's Ring?

No. Nexon stated on their site that they do not as well.

If we get KMS data, like we usually do, they don't stack with each other (i.e. to angelic bless rings on a character). It will, however, stack with everything else.

And i'm pretty sure the event items aren't limited in anyway because they're separate items (meaning you can equip mask, glasses, and earrings with 1 ring on the same character, but the rings don't stack together)
