If we get KMS data, like we usually do, they don't stack with each other (i.e. to angelic bless rings on a character). It will, however, stack with everything else.
And i'm pretty sure the event items aren't limited in anyway because they're separate items (meaning you can equip mask, glasses, and earrings with 1 ring on the same character, but the rings don't stack together)
