It's same as haste. 40% speed, 20% jump.

Plus I buy 300 ales and 600 mana bulls too.

Yeah, I don't have room for mana bulls and hons so I just go straight up ales. While it's not as cost efficient, i'm not worried about it. I mainly boss anyway, which typically yields a net profit so it's less of an issue.
