I thought Nexon stuffed up, when I tried to upgrade my ring just after midnight I got a "The event ended on the 23rd" message from Gaga...tried again a bit later and could do the quest. Didnt think to SS it.

When it hit midnight, we got the error and assumed Nexon screwed up again.

I used exactly those two rings and when it didn't work, I upgraded the untradeable day 16 ring to tradeable 17.

And yes I tried both orders (17 on first, 16 on first).

On the bright side, it CAN be equipped along side a Lillin's ring (or, presumably, a Resistance ring), so at least there's 8 attack going for ya.
