Glad I kept all my rings up to max (except the one I fell asleep on), now will have some level 17s to sell.

I thought Nexon stuffed up, when I tried to upgrade my ring just after midnight I got a "The event ended on the 23rd" message from Gaga...tried again a bit later and could do the quest. Didnt think to SS it.

My entire guild and Alliance thought the exact same thing lol
When it hit midnight, we got the error and assumed Nexon screwed up again.

So, apparently you can equip an untradeable level 16 ring with a tradeable 17 one.

I used exactly those two rings and when it didn't work, I upgraded the untradeable day 16 ring to tradeable 17.

And yes I tried both orders (17 on first, 16 on first).

On the bright side, it CAN be equipped along side a Lillin's ring (or, presumably, a Resistance ring), so at least there's 8 attack going for ya.
