God, if she was doing anything, it was let the boy do what he obviously wanted to do....

I know. I really do love my country, but if we all had a dime for every stupid law America had, we could put them into the treasury and cure this nation of it's debt. I'm sick of hearing about injustice and unconstitutional laws. This country is so far from what the founding-fathers wanted, it's just silly. @_@
Didn't watch the video, 8 minutes is too much time to waste. This is the woman who forced some kid to touch her breasts, right?

This is why you're supposed to get less time for rape than you do for murder, to protect the victims. If you had to chose between keeping a little kid quiet after raping them and risking 25 years, or letting them yabber to everyone, you'd probably silence them while trying to remove any potential evidence of rape.

That was exactly my point here: Code: <Doctor_Omega> Her defense lawyer sucks ass thoughSome idiot in my other IRC channel kept arguing that it was okay to say "uh" and "uhm" that much as a lawyer, and how it was all just the "pressure of the moment." Yeah, if you're a good lawyer, "uh" and "uhm" aren't in your vocabulary at all. |
