About 2x Drop

Does it work if, for example, I'm soloing papulatus and use on the last bits of his HP? Or does I need to use when the monster has full hp?

I'm pretty sure it works on the last bits of its HP.

Meh, guess I'm just unlucky. The papulatus and pianus I solo'd and used 2x drop at the end only dropped me potions+mesos.

I heard the 2x drop buff doesn't work on bosses.

Oh I must've been quite tired. Disregard my earlier comments. I can't confirm it. For that while I thought it was a question on 2x exp. I've no experience with testing 2x drop on bosses.

It sure worked for blue mushmom and old fox the last time I sweeped their channels.

2x Buffs don't work on Scarlion or Targar.
