5k damage at lvl 44, but how long does that attack take? it might be high damage for the lvl, but it could be slow as hell in return. (doubt it with the lul class)

Yep, pretty fast for the damage it deals. That skill should be slowed down a bit, its basically hitting TT speeds.

Yup, added in recently. You have to complete every quest, including the one at the end where you kill 1500 monsters.
