Yep, pretty fast for the damage it deals. That skill should be slowed down a bit, its basically hitting TT speeds.

Triple Swing (2nd Job Skill) actually hits harder faster, albeit only to three mobs.

Yup, added in recently. You have to complete every quest, including the one at the end where you kill 1500 monsters.
