10k NX says they don't actually remove 2x coupons from the cash shop. Any takers?

Yes. Mikhail gives Empress Blessing, it works the same way KoC does up until 120. You can also do Akarium to get it to lv30.

If they remove 2x exp cards from the CS, I don't plan on rushing a 120. It'll be impossible.

Ah, I see! Thanks Some of it seems to be slightly cheaper, but in any case ~$3 doesn't seem ridiculous for something like the anvil. FINGERS CROSSED
