naa it work like this it a buff for 30sec like (dual blader final cut or a battlemage bodyboost) with cooldown of 90 sec for yourself

and this buff also work for your party it change the dmg cap to 1.2 m cap for your party but for your self it change ur dmg cap to 99m lolz

That person is the known kms mercedes with 500k range. Also the same person/group with that phantom that was hitting max when it first came out.

I think the dmg cap increase counts as a passive effect.

Phantom possesses Y chromosome, and thus, would burn up if he tried to use one of Angelic Burster's super pink attacks.
