is 100% PDR really is 100%?

WDEF still exists on monsters @_@.

Snail has 10 WDEF; Empress has 1,700 WDEF.

And IIRC, PDR didn't exist preBB. Sacrifice back then ignored all defense.

really? that could explain the dmg lost but still it doesnt make sense that over 100% pdr cna still hit more dmg

also idk the diff it doesnt seem to be right .... it doenst matter what pdr it seem like when attacking snail.... vs
attacking bearwolf or cygnus knight the diff is too huge and no wdef can block that much dmg

anyone out there that has 100% pdr or more than 100% can you test your dmg on a snail
and test your dmg on LHC monster or stronghold monster and u will c ur dmg is lost by 10% which idk y
maybe mob that cant be instant kill has a passive of 10% ignore? if im right? or maybe it just another ignore

all damage calculations done so far don't account for non% defenses, and so far they've been right, so even though it's still in the game, it seems to not be used. pdr did not exist before, that's correct, was introduced in BB as a replacement to wdef.
