I discovered something that made me quite bewildered. A seat in one of the lady's restrooms was up. It took me a few seconds to comprehend this, as it's usual practice in a male restroom.
I proceeded to :f6: then left.

Obviously, she was taking a swim.

I thought the same thing, but i struggled with finding a way to word it that wasn't vulgar.

Her ass was so fat that the seat did not have nearly enough room for her to do her business.

I don't think it's that odd, there are several reasonable explanations...
Women with young male kid went to the bathroom and he wanted to pee too.
Guy was confused and went in ladies bathroom.
Pervert went in pretending to be confused.
Male's bathroom was closed or something and he had to go into the ladies restroom.

I fail to imagine how someone would get the seat dirty while throwing up, but sure.
