Warning: Title is very misleading, jajaja!
Anyways, so I'm currently working-out, a lot. Usual is around 2 hours a day after work, I am at college from 11 AM - 4 PM on most days (Mon-Thurs), I have work EVERY weekday from 5 PM until 10 PM. So I get home, I take off my weight-shackles that I tie onto my legs, and find out that I can jump and move a lot faster, and it feels pineappleing great!
Then I start listening to music, and working-out for about 2 hours. This means I go to sleep around midnight or 1 AM every night, fun, eh? Friday - Sundays, I work sometimes, but they're usually night-shifts, so I've been trying to find time to lift and exercise as often as possible.
I've been lifting dumbbells (10 lbs each), doing a ton of crunches (correctly too, at that!), yada yada yada. So uhm, here's my question. I heard you're supposed to eat the RIGHT types of food. Like what?
I'm going to guess a lot of meat and noodles? <_< What kind of noodles? I've been buying cheap noodles (not instant noodles), and cooking them when I get home after work, and eat, then work-out, etc.
Currently, I am working out on my:
-Abs (25% of the time)
-Arms (50% of the time)
-Chest (25% of the time)
Situation #2, I'm not doing leg-workouts until later on, since I find it annoying to JOG. So I end up having really heavy weights attached to my legs most of the time (4 lbs each at the moment).
My one friend irl said that he had his on for about half a year (not 24/7, of course!), and his legs are incredibly defined.. He had his on a lot, at work, at home, etc. He only took them off to take a shower or sleep...
So I've been doing the same. Yet, an online friend of mine says that's only for increasing your leg speed at running, I get different inputs and opinions, but I wonder if having weights strapped to my legs the majority of the time will "define" my legs after a long while. I'd prefer this over jogging if it works.
EDIT: My girlfriend has seen the 'results' of my current work-out, and she is obsessed with staring at me now. I notice she keeps staring at my abs and arms.. and pecs. >_> Currently look like:
