Imps, Pouches, and Secret Recipe reward list

And when I fed my imp a helment, it only got 20, unless i wasn't paying attention. It's just easier to do ETCs anyway.

And that sucks about alarm clocks, but i guess it saves you 1 day? Then it'd be best to do either 2 or 3 imps. 2 imps would make closeness easier to get, while 3 imps would mean you have to feed it every 10minutes 100 times.

The left alarm clock and the right alarm clock are on separate cool down so you can technically use 2 a day if your imp is in the middle.

Oh true. And idk why I thought it only reduces it 1 day, it really reduces it by half.

So probably 2 on the side would be the most optimal way of raising imps every 4~ days

So need I worry if I don't feed my imp as soon as it wakes up the next day? Approx. how long would one say I have to feed it before it ends up dying on me?

I just hate how you have to be back in the game right as the tamagotchi (lol I love how you nicknamed them that) wakes up.
But, I have a question. Say I feed my Tamagotchi at 12:00 noon, it falls asleep for 21 (or 22?) hours and it will wake up again at like 9:00 or 10:00 the next morning, right? (Unless I use an alarm clock). But how long do I have from when it wakes up until the time that it dies from hunger? When it wakes up, how "full" is the tamagotchi?

Do I have to get online right as it wakes up, or do I have an hour or two of leeway time to get online to feed it? :/

edit: I hope this made sense. LOL

I wish I had the times written down but this is what happened

Imp #1: I think It was supposed to wake up around 8-9pm pst and I got home at 10pm pst. It was awake, sick, but still at 1000 fullness. When I healed it and fed it once (Or i don't know if i did), it leveled up)

Imp #2: I think it was supposed to wake up around 4-6pm pst and I got home at 10pm pst. It was awake and hungry, sitting at 640 fullness. When I fed it, I got the following message

"An atrophied item pot's closeness will not increase until it's grown"

It was able to get +1 closeness from feeding, but it wouldn't get it and that message appeared. Once I leveled it and its sprite changed, i was able to feed it and get the +1 closeness just like before. Same rules as level 1 applied.

So to answer your question, once it wakes up, I assume you have maybe 3 hours before it starts to lose its fullness. From then on, it will start to lose fullness, but no one knows the rate. Best guess is probably -20 fullness every 10 minutes after X minutes (Heard X is 30 minutes). So just make sure the fullness doesn't drop to 0 after it wakes up, and you'll be fine. It'll just cost you a few more ETCs but that's easy enough to get.

I don't know if it was just me, but I was on when my imps woke up. They both started at 0 fullness. I don't know how long it would have been before it died, but I assume it would have died from not eatting-like if you were to put a new imp in and not feed it.

Imps that are "hungry" or "sick" tend to "delevel", as in if your Imp was level 5 and it was hungry it would slowly go down in fullness and go back to level 4, level 3, level 2, etc until it dies. Closeness goes down too and you can't get it back because it's atrophied. You get closeness again once it levels up again.

It's not just you. Sometimes they wake up hungry. Sometimes they wake up almost full.

This. Plus that if you give an atrophied Imp a Pounding Heart, it increases closeness as normal if you used all uses of the Pounding Heart.

I still don't understand what makes them level up. On Tespia, mine stayed at level 1 forever. :/

1000 Fullness = 1 Level up.

So you basically log on, play for 3 hours, feed it to 1000 fullness, it sleeps for 21 hours, then same the next day? (or you get that wake-up bonus thingy)

pretty much, but at 1 closeness 20 fullness every 10 mins, it would take around 8 hours to max feed him taking advantage of the closeness. this without using the pounding heart item, which is free 10/200 feed.

I found out something rather interesting~ Big Grin

I'm level 152 and fed my 2 awake imps (One's asleep atm ^_^) Lucida Tails. Surprisingly, their fullness AND closeness both went up by 1.

Lucida Tails are level 54 which means I'm 98 levels above them.

Just thought folks might wanna know and such~

I think you meant fullness went up by 20 and closeness went up by 1.

If that's the case, then my new assumption is a level difference of 100, meaning

level 200, have to use stuff level 100+

level 152, have to use stuff level 52+

Um, pretty sure he meant what he said.

From my experience, items that are of lower level in relation to my character give less fullness.

Basically you need to get it to 100% fullnes so it sleep and then get it back to 100% fullnes to level it.

His original post said +20 closeness from a single item which is what prompted me to respond.
