I think it's because they posted the requirements for part 1.

Unless they did that before, in which case I have no idea why they re-uploaded it.

I thought the first one was just on their website, this looks like a tweet to all their twitter suscribers.
I just use SP since Notify is awsome and finds it all. But maybe the less informed use twitter to know when to check the website.

They ABSOLUTELY have to do this or there's going to be a lot of mad people in September when they don't give out the 10k NX because they did it on their mains.

Does the 2nd mission have to be in Chaos, or can it be any world?

Apparently Nexon clarified it, you don't have to do this on the Chaos character.
