But wait!...They havent specified if it is to be done on the lv 30 char in the Chaos server or on any character on that account.

They ABSOLUTELY have to do this or there's going to be a lot of mad people in September when they don't give out the 10k NX because they did it on their mains.

Apparently Nexon clarified it, you don't have to do this on the Chaos character.
