Dear Maplers,

As you are well-aware, weve experienced game issues and maintenances following the Chaos update. We know our players were are excited to experience the new content, and we are deeply sorry that these issues have been a distraction from the update launch.

Please accept our apologies, and for everyone who has logged onto the game in the last two days, we will be crediting accounts with 5,000 Maple Points.

In addition, we will host a 2x EXP and Drop event on Sunday, July 3 and again on Monday, July 4 for all players. The full schedule is below:

Sunday, July 3
Pacific: 5PM to 7PM
Eastern: 8PM to 10PM

Monday, July 4
Pacific: 5PM to 7PM
Eastern: 8PM to 10PM

agreed with locked i would have loved to get my DB to 90 and my pally to 150 oh well.

5,000 for 3 accounts, $15 for basically playing and crashing a few times. Win.

I guess everyone can now use the Maple Points to make Evans for free, given the sales happening now.

You know what I didn't get compensation for? Getting to level 30 and using the level 30 Gift Box for free hair/face/whatever cupons and whatever else they were supposed to give. When I opened the box, the server crashed and I got absolutely nothing. Yay. ._.

I can tell you now that you didn't miss much, unless you really wanted the Charm EXP. Chances are high that those coupons would have screwed you over, as the free hair and face coupons were essentially EXP coupons. I turned out great as a female Evan (Angelic hair and some eyes that I don't recognize but still looks quite good), but I talked to scores of male characters and a few females who got really screwed over by it.

Game crashes for me when I try and go into the cash shop too, and now it says the server's down for a server check x_x

No overlapping with Boom Up?
