Dear Maplers,
As you are well-aware, weve experienced game issues and maintenances following the Chaos update. We know our players were are excited to experience the new content, and we are deeply sorry that these issues have been a distraction from the update launch.
Please accept our apologies, and for everyone who has logged onto the game in the last two days, we will be crediting accounts with 5,000 Maple Points.
In addition, we will host a 2x EXP and Drop event on Sunday, July 3 and again on Monday, July 4 for all players. The full schedule is below:
Sunday, July 3
Pacific: 5PM to 7PM
Eastern: 8PM to 10PM
Monday, July 4
Pacific: 5PM to 7PM
Eastern: 8PM to 10PM

You know what I didn't get compensation for? Getting to level 30 and using the level 30 Gift Box for free hair/face/whatever cupons and whatever else they were supposed to give. When I opened the box, the server crashed and I got absolutely nothing. Yay. ._.

Chances are high that those coupons would have screwed you over, as the free hair and face coupons were essentially EXP coupons. I turned out great as a female Evan (Angelic hair and some eyes that I don't recognize but still looks quite good), but I talked to scores of male characters and a few females who got really screwed over by it.
