Channel Crash

I demand a fu'cking rollback. I dont care about ppl affected or loses, I'm sick of haxers ruining the game. Not like a rollback is the perfect solution but it wont let slip out all the duped stuff created since this cr@p got public.

Abysseon Wrote:Why are they going all out right now with crashing channels/duping?

You would think that they would at least do it on occasion to avoid unneeded attention.
Because it's public.

Plenty of people (especially after the last mass exploit) would rather take the risk and try to profit because they don't believe they will face any negative ramifications.

As for 'doing it on occasion', again, this is a public hack now.
There is no organization. So, while someone can cause a crash, they can't stop one from happening.

Killed Wrote:its public. that means there are probably hundreds of people trying to do it, not just 3-4 like when its private.

So those who kept it private have abused the exploit long enough to the point where they're confident to
release it to the public without fear of nexon's lolpunishment? O:

Wait...that happens with every event exploit. =/

I wonder when it will get to the point of nexon just removing events altogether given the constant hacking that comes with them.

Again, you're thinking in organization where there is no organization.
Generally, when an exploit is released, it's at the whim of one person.

They'd have to stop new patches altogether with that thinking.

Nexon's approach to hacking is 'patching'.
If someone finds a hole in their outfit, Nexon patches over it.
They don't ever go out of their way to look for holes themselves.

Every? I don't recall there being an event exploit for the CvP event. :|

Which is why I wrote

Huh, it was exploiting an event I didn't even know was happening? Cool. Guess I missed whichever one that was.

EDIT: pineapple, I was rolled back like 6 hours. Lost all the artifacts I found today.

Don't bother, they don't give MP anymore after a roll back. -Generic post on every expliot lately-

A rollback won't even help that much, unless they figure out how to rollback the MTS properly as well since you can search up Stormcasters, VSS, BWGS, PB chairs and see the chaos already.

Best they can do is fix this asap and ban what they can. But any real hacker with half a brain would have unloaded their stash for real life money by now.
