Channel Crash

With the public release of a new channel crash happening like 20 minutes ago, how long do you think it'll be before Nexon notices? It's a Sunday night, so I'll say not til tomorrow afternoon.

Got patched pretty fast. I see no reason why they wouldn't patch this asap since it causes a mass loss in customers.

Just 20 minutes ago? I know I was crashing like mad on Windia last night. You sure it was only released today? I really hope it gets patched soon though... can't get any good training done! I'm afraid to use my 1.2x buffs because the last time I used one I crashed literally 10 seconds later.

Windia has been being crashed for days, but it was private, now that its public, its all worlds.

He said it just went public ~20min ago (~40min at the time of this post). All the times before then were private.

Ah, I see. Still, it REALLY sucks. Like I said... I hope something is done soon.

Posting it here was actually a responsible move. The more people know the more pressure is put on Nexon to get it fixed quicker.

Not to cause concern or seem ignorant to what players believe is happening but channel crashes don't always mean a successful dupes has taken place. Yes in the past hackers have successfully crashed the game to dupe items, but it is not always the case.

We are working on identifying the cause of the crashes. Thank you.

At least they've acknowledged it now. I guess they'll be taking action soon!

Dumb response by -Hime-. Anyone with a brain could figure out how to dupe items using channel crash, and even if 100% of the people were doing it weren't successful, the ones who are still succeeding are taking a huge bite out of the pomegranatehole thats known as the economy.

Since it's public, it already has. Broa has 5-6 channels crashing every 30min at x:15 or x:45

Makes me wonder what would happen when people try to do the cake/pie event and lose their maps for more raging. Since 1% exp at high lvls means a lot (already seeing an easy 6.9mil exp at lvl 191). I haven't tried to check out my lvl 200 or asked other high end lvl 19x people yet but if its 1% win and 0.7% loss its still quite a lot.
