Does exp necklance stack with 2x exp event?
 Cause I wanna buy one, but I dont want to waste coins if it doesnt  THanks

It does, but be aware it only applies to base exp, not party bonus (so if you're training at LHC its exp increase is only about 7.5% at max, instead of 30%).
