It does, but be aware it only applies to base exp, not party bonus (so if you're training at LHC its exp increase is only about 7.5% at max, instead of 30%).

It's pretty bad. Base exp is like a quarter of your exp gain.

Considering 75+% of your total EXP from LHC is Party EXP, it's pretty terrible. Not worth losing the stats from your other pendant.
