I'm getting 600$ soon and I'm using it all on upgrades, I just need some advice on what to upgrade and what to upgrade to.

That would really be the only thing I'd upgrade. Wait for Bulldozer and upgrade your hard drive space. I recently bought one of these.

--> Keep the videocard (new series are coming, don't buy now, do you even -need- a new one?)
--> Keep your monitor (unless you really hate it? )
--> Keep your headphones (Or get some epic BeyerDynamic DT770 Pro's, like me )
