The fact that I hit level 97 after only two days of playing should be a testament to its usefulness in itself. 
I dunno why people are still concerned with the usefulness of Driver at higher levels. As of right now it's OP as hell, but when Chaos hits, it becomes useless past 4th job.
@Bold, uh...it can't be a testament, because you start at level 50 on your UA. 50 -> 97 can easily be done in 1-2 days anyways lol
Plus leveling is not even that hard anymore when most of the hell levels have been completely washed away from the better exp curve.
Also most of your points have been known for months now lol

What's the best leveling Cygnus after Chaos? I'm curious, because I don't know how long I have to train an overpowered DW to 120, before Chaos..
And another thing, is a UE Shadower or Corsair, okay to make?
or will the HP problem hurt them greatly?

Does the Wind Piercing skill really rush bosses? I looked into this and couldn't find any information about it.

A Striker, would be the best bet for you, that is after Chaos. Before Chaos, SoulMasters tend to beat out a Striker, since they have that OPed move called Soul Driver.
Around 300~500 + HP lost, no biggy, this can be fixed using HP pots made from Alchemy, that and Decent HB. And also, HP rings made from JewelCraft, so it's not really of a problem.

I just noticed some unconfirmed answers in the thread still, figured I'd share what I've found from experience. Wasn't trying to blow anyone's mind here, mate.
And that's ridiculously quick levelling for me. Very few people I know level that quickly, apparently that's not a global trend, then. o_O
(107 now, though, and OHKOing Pirates is amazing exp. (: )

All that Wind Piercing is, is a heavy 700% damage attack (x3 monsters), which is kind of slowish (1080ms). But since it's 700% damage, it has the best potential to knockback bosses that require high knockback damage.

But isn't Chaos in the Summer? So, I have like a month or two to get a Cygnus to 120.. in the case, shouldn't I just choose a DW since I have enough time?
Plus, I'll be making a UA Thief/Pirate, so I wouldn't wanna make a Thief/Pirate Cygnus

Okay, I see. I guess "The only use I can think of is knocking back bosses (600% dmg), since Dragon's Breath doesn't work on bosses" is a little misleading.

I played around for only two weeks, and now my Striker is level 111, i'm sure you can do the same. ^~^

You DEFINITELY want to make a Dawn Warrior now.  Such an easy class to level. 114-120 is a breeze if you can OHKO Dual Ghost Pirates.
