The unscheduled server maintenance was completed at 6:20PM Pacific (9:20PM Eastern). All MapleStory servers are now open.





NX or Maple Points spent during the affected period have been returned. As additional security for the players who spent over 50,000 NX while the game was temporarily available this morning, we request that you submit a Customer Support ticket in the following format in order to receive your refund:

Sub-Category: Cash Shop


Summary: Rollback Refund Request




Players who received a name change or a world transfer during last nights scheduled maintenance will have their request processed during the next scheduled maintenance. Please do not purchase an additional name change or world transfer item. Rest assured, your request is still pending.

They did not rollback the MTS. Very foolish mistake.

Forget MTS, they didn't give any compensation at all yet. AKA Maple Points.

2x this weekend, count on it. That'll make everything better guys.

Lol at the "Spent more than 50k" to send them tickets. If they wanted to get people who made of with hundreds of NX via MTS from exploited, thye should look into people who sold stuff in mts f3.

Yeah, I sent the ticket in before I saw this announcement... I guess only people who lost 50k+ even have a chance.
