Is the Crushed Skull still obtainable through the CWK Exchange quest with SB badges? Or is it strictly CWKPQ Bonus now.

I'm preety sure that all equips are still in the exchange quest, a friend got a Raven Xbow a day ago or so.

The crushed skull was never from the exchange quest. It's only from CWKPQ bonus.
