Is the Crushed Skull still obtainable through the CWK Exchange quest with SB badges? Or is it strictly CWKPQ Bonus now.

The crushed skull was never from the exchange quest. It's only from CWKPQ bonus.

EDIT: On HS it says SB give too, but a few people have told me its CWKPQ Bonus ONLY.
