1. Schindler's List Soundtrack - Main Theme: I like both songs to be honest, but having seen the movie, this song really has a much different meaning, and represents a lot more.
2. Erin McCarely - Pony (It's Ok): Decent songs, but this one is the better one in my opinion. It's got a nice vibe.
3. Sherwood - A Different Light: Pretty upbeat and has a nice sound. The other song was pretty good, but personally I really didn't like the female vocalist's singing in it, so I could bring myself to vote for it.
4. Deathsmiles - Hades Castle: I just don't like the Beatles. Like at all. And the song in this bracket is no exception.
5. Murray Gold - I am the Doctor: Love Doctor Who, and this song captures a lot of epicness about the series.
6. Super Meat Boy OST - Ballad of the Burning Squirrel: Just got this game, and I can't wait to get to the part where I can hear this song. So hype.
7. DKCR OST - Gear Getaway: Not a fan of Coldplay either, and this just brings back dem ol' memories of my DKC exploring as a kid. I actually need to buy DKCR.
8. BlazBlue: Continuum Shift - Gluttony Fang (Hazama's Theme): The other song just wasn't my taste, but it was decent.

West:
1. Bon Jovi - Runaway: Always liked this song.
2. Yoko Kanno - Inner Universe: Good series, great song.
3. Eric Whitacre - October: Didn't like the Iron Maiden song.
4. ZTS - Worldend Dominator: Didn't really like either extremely, but this one I preferred.
5. Jam Project - Across the Legendary Kingdom: lolsupersentai
6. Scott Brown - How Many Sukkas (Plus System Remix): Better of the two, and it has a decent beat.
7. Anberlin - Time and Confusion: A little mainstream, but not really a bad thing. Plus I don't really have the ears for death metal atm, even though I do like it, I'm not feeling it right now.

Also, the hour long Green Carnation song really isn't that hard to listen to, you just have to do something else while you're listening to it. Distracts you from giving it your undivided attention, but makes up for it in the fact that you can actually listen to it all.

I didn't listen to the whole thing... I just didn't like the BlazBlue song.

Not that I'm hating on the song, I just don't have the attention span to sit past 11 Minute of one song.

Match 1: Schindler's List Soundtrack - Main Theme. I hate (the vast majority of) rap. <_<
Match 2: Warmen - Salieri Strikes Back. This was very tough for me, actually. I ended up going with Warmen because while I loved the vocals of Pony, the rest of it just sounded too... generic.
Match 3: Kamelot - Where the Wild Roses Grow. Didn't really like A Different Light.
Match 4: Deathsmiles - Hades Castle. I was never a huge fan of the Beatles, and Something isn't really one of the songs of theirs I like. There were things I disliked in the other track too, but I preferred it at least.
Match 5: Murray Gold - I am the Doctor. a) Generally awesome. b) Massive points for being in a 7-beat time signature. c) I didn't really like the singer in the other song. <_<
Match 6: Muse - Knights of Cydonia. The SMB track was pretty awesome (great name too), but Muse is just generally fantastic, and Knights of Cydonia is no exception to that rule.
Match 7: Coldplay - Viva la Vida. DKCR is a great game (seriously if you like the DKC games and you don't have it, GO GET IT WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR), and that's a pretty good track, but far from my favorite.
Match 8: Green Carnation - Light of Day, Day of Darkness. Like most people, I didn't listen to the whole thing, but what I DID listen to was pretty awesome and I didn't particularly love the BlazBlue track.

Match 1: Kanye West (feat. Bon Iver, Rick Ross, Jay-Z, Nicki Minaj) - Monster <-- The other was good, but I'm more a fan of good hip-hop than classical stuff... and this was some good hip-hop
Match 2: Warmen - Salieri Strikes Back <-- A bit of power metal fanboyism + don't like the genre of the other song
Match 3: Kamelot - Where the Wild Roses Grow <-- Neither one really wowed me
Match 4: The Beatles - Something <-- The OST was cool (really cool in fact) and I'm not even a huge fan of The Beatles... but... I just couldn't vote against this song - it's great

Match 3: Iron Maiden - When the Wind Blows <-- sighhhhhhhhhhhhh. Neither of these songs are my taste. I miss old Maiden so pineappleing bad. Hell, I'd take Brave New World Maiden. This is just... sighhhhhhhhhh
