You guys know the deal this time. Anyone can vote, be they in the tournament or not. If you are in the tournament, don't reveal what you entered please, even if both of your songs get eliminated. It's more fun to keep people guessing. Other than that, gl;hf, and may the best song win.

Also, just wanna say that I'm really glad I bought a powerful sound system for my computer here. 25W RMS on a small room that's just for me, subwoofer and all.

But it has a much higher chance to win since it's something that most people like and many adore. It also defeats the purpose of making people discover new artists and stuff by picking one of the most well known bands that exist.

EAST DIVISION
Match 1: Schindler's List Soundtrack - Main Theme: A tough one, but in the end, I didn't enjoy the rap song as much as I enjoyed the orchestral piece.
Match 2: Warmen - Salieri Strikes Back: Wasn't too hard in the end, as classical + metal usually works together well. And while I liked the Erin McCarely song more than I expected, it still couldn't quite interest me as much. I am considering recommending it to my sister though, she's a much bigger fan of that sort of stuff.
Match 3: Kamelot - Where the Wild Roses Grow: The song by Sherwood started off better than I expected, but couldn't keep it's potential going. And a cover song from an awesome band like Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds by another awesome band like Kamelot, well it was all too easy to decide at that point.
Match 4: Deathsmiles - Hades Castle: Unlike most people, I do not like the Beatles at all, so while I did listen to them and try to give them a fair chance, I was unsurprised to discover I still dislike their music. Fortunately, even without that fact, the song by Deathsmiles was quite excellent and deserving to be picked anyway.
Match 5: Murray Gold - I am the Doctor: This one was actully somewhat tough to decide. I enjoy Bat for Lashes more than I was expecting, but going up against the Doctor's Theme? Well it was an unfortunate match up as the Doctor was bound to win. Against some other song, it'd have better odds, but you can't bet against The Doctor. XP
Match 6: Super Meat Boy Soundtrack - Ballad of the Burning Squirrel It took me quite a while to decide this. This is one of the few Muse songs I really like, but in the end, it's still a Muse song and I just don't like them as much as I do other bands. Meanwhile, Super Meat Boy has one of the better game soundtracks I've heard, and that theme was a good one. Super Meat Boy Soundtrack edges out Muse by just a hair in the end.
Match 7: Coldplay - Viva la Vida: Eh not a big fan of Coldplay, but DKCR song wasn't good enough to even come close to this song.
Match 8: Green Carnation - Light of Day, Day of Darkness : Took me a while to get to it, but I did eventually. I found it pretty easy to listen to the whole hour while I played MS, training some characters. It was a pretty tough call, but in the end I went with Green Carnation. The one from BlazBlue was pretty good, but it went from being good to kind of average, whereas the Green Carnation one started out slow, picked up the pace, slowed down some more, and just seemed to flow pretty well altogether. Gotta give props to any band that can do that with an hour long song.
WEST DIVISION
Match 1: Cansei de Ser Sexy - Let's Make Love and Listen to Death From Above: Fairly easy one, as I dislike Bon Jovi and Cansei de Ser Sexy was a pretty decent song. I'll probably have to give it another listen later on just to see if it grows on me.
Match 2: Yoko Kanno - Inner Universe: Pretty easy one, GiTS is an awesome anime and the opening is one of those ones that you want to listen to every time you watch the series. The other one was rather uninteresting to me, not bad, just no where near the first.
Match 3: Iron Maiden - When the Wild Wind Blows: A fairly easy one given my noninterest in the first orchestral piece. Though even if it had gone up against another one, it's a good Iron Maiden song, so it'd probably have won a vote from me anyway.
Match 4: ZTS - Worldend Dominator: Eh while I enjoy Chrono Trigger the game, the music has never been my favorite game music as it is with some people. So while I enjoyed it, it was easy to see that the excellent BGM from Umineko no Naku Koro Ni was going to win for me.
Match 5: New Found Glory - Failure's Not Flattering: Pretty easy decision, although this is far from my favorite NFG song.
Match 6: Scott Brown - How Many Sukkas: Eh not really easy to decide between the two because neither one is my taste, but the first one ended up being more listenable to me than the second.
Match 7: Dethklok - Happy Birthday (Dethday): Not a big fan of Aberlin, and I do love some Dethklok so this one was an easy pick.
Match 8: Local H - 24 Hour Break-Up Session: Not a big fan of Pokemon game music for the most part, so Local H had an easy win.
