For the MSEAers, it appears that it's less about the quality of Hob King PQ as it is a sign that Big Bang is around the corner for them.

Hob King PQ is the only thing they're missing before Big Bang, and since it's not included in this patch despite so many MSEAers having expected it to come out in this patch...

JMS still doesn't have Hob King. But was the first version to get Big Bang from KMS.

FYI, the patch was just done today and almost everyone has frequent DC every 3-5 mins. A very bad start in new year.

Well, I won't be surprise as I would be in last year if ThMS get Big Bang before SEA.

no, the dry season is usually from may ~ august. about the time america have their summer.
