New server names



Maple World welcomes two new worlds, El Nido and Zenith!
El Nido is our first ever East Coast server. This means Maplers from the East Coast now have a server closer to them for faster gameplay! But don't worry, West Coast Maplers, you can join El Nido too and play with your buddies on the other side of the country!

El Nido son, represent.

Like I said before, Nova and Cosmo and whatever else won't be coming.

Hahaha, I can't wait to read what those "OMGOMGOMG Letz star NEWZ on Cozmo/Nova LOL" threads at Basilmarket will say now.

Actually, it would probably be a pretty terrible idea to join El Nido for now. Any east coast players, plus any European players left, get a better connection there, so it will probably be fairly crowded.

Meh, guess I will consider making a character in El Nido if the loot speed is like twice as fast.

Why does the first Easy Cost server have the bland icon?

I think I might just jump on El Nido and start new there. >_> I dunno.

The giant E does make it easy to identify as the East Coast server you must admit.

Honestly doubt Europe would see big difference between east and west.

I doubt this east/west server thing will have much impact. Sure, if you are on a crappy line with a crappy computer you might, but it is not like MS is heavy in its requirements.

Anyone remember when Nexon migrated from New York to LA?

I'm hopeful that this will improve my looting ability cause I definitely noticed a hit to it then. So yeah, my new char's gonna be on El Nido.

I thought that was because of upgraded hardware. I sit over here in Sweden and I loot pretty much instantly.

There definitely should be some delay compared to say eMS. But would change from west to east inside US affect me? Doubt it.

Remember, this thought process is happening x1000. It would be ironic if so many people joined El Nido that the server starts lagging.

I miss when they catered for GMT times.

Patch now ends at 7pm for me, providing there are no extensions. I question weither i will even manage to get the 17 day ring.

Why would they cater for a time zone they're technically not a provider for?
