Log Out Gift

I got the log-out gift 4 times already, and this was all within the time period of 2 months. And they wrere all on the same account.

It usually takes me a week and a half to get a logout prize. I dont go on my mules often.

So many monkeys are going to die.....

Gotten it so many times I had to create all my alts in bannedstory just to be prepared with a look for them should I wind up getting it. Have been forced to take a pet once, and a maple life twice since nothing else seemed of value. I think the 1-2 week thing is about right, but it is still a random chance. Longer you are gone, the more intervals pass so the greater the chance of getting it. However, if this is the case, if you wait too long, you'll end up missing a second reward from that waiting period.

I think my level 17 got a pet once. But I reseted the prizes at least 30 times without getting hammer on the level 17. It might be that I need a level 30/31 or higher character. Just a guess.

Wait, this is possible? To reset do you just close the process for MS then restart and get it again? Does this mean that it can be obtained on a different character then depending on who you re-log on?

Yes exactly. I do this to force resets on my dual blade and force hammers on mules

It makes perfect sense to me now. The log out gift is rewarded depending on how long you have not logged on. From what I have observed, people wait anywhere from 1 week to 1 month for their prize. People who log on daily usually don't get a gift.

This is false. My "main" account never got a gift until the 3rd stage of the visitor event.

I'm just going by my experience. Two of my accounts have never got a gift while the other 4 always get one. The whole thing seems to be all a bit hit and miss.

Both my mains (Paladin and NL) have got it, as well as a couple of mule accounts getting them repeatedly.

But I didn't realize you can quit MS and try again for better prizes. All the mule accounts ever get is a choice of 2 pets or a hair/face ticket.

It's always the same accounts I get this on. And always a choice of AP reset, Karma Scissors, and pet (with one random equip), none of which are of any use on those mules.

Just ran through 11 attempts on my lv.10 mule:

Yeah, level 31 doesn't seem to be high enough to get the Hammers

I tend to only get hammers on 70+ mules.
however I got a hammer one my 54 aran once too so maybe its 40+ or 50+

Just got them on a level 31 Night Walker. But I've also gotten them on level 10 characters before.

My guess is if you're picked for a logout gift, you're picked for a certain category of them, and you can't get out of that category unless you choose a gift.

Meaning if you're in a ap reset/karma/pet category, you're gonna keep getting it over and over until you pick one.

I've got mules with 3 or 4 pets already...

I guess that account I'm testing on is locked into crappy rewards... I tried a couple other chars and they all get the same reward options.

Why does Nexon encourage taking that long breaks o.O That's something I do not get. How about giving gift for being on everyday for a week

Maybe maybe not. I just know when I'm aiming for hammers, I use 120+ accounts. You can usually ask friends that don't play to do it for you. Atm I have 3 accounts of my own.

Yeah on my previous post I thought my choosing the hair VIP was completed so I logged in and didn't recieve it. So when I logged off that time
it gave me a different set of options with a Maple life B/ Henesys VIP Face/ and a Vicious' Hammer. None of those were item choices
from my previous try. This was on a 14x bishop, not a mule.
