it would only be plaigarism if you copied it and claimed to have written it. what you did was cite a quote. not to mention that this isn't an exam, it's the internet and that was a single paragraph.

Its still plagiarism. If you dont cite the source, it technically is written by you.

And who cares if it is the internet? Blog sites will quote their sources for stuff also....

this isn't a blog site and you weren't posting anything useful. and no, you don't need to cite your source whenever you quote something as long as you don't claim to have written it. saying 'some guy on another site said "blah blah"' is just as effective.
