Just to add to this, the site i got saw this on (toplessrobot.com) said that this was an insert in Young Comic anthology collection. To which he said he was horrified because " 1) the fact that there's no guarantee that the white stuff isn't semen -- this is Japan after all; 2) because the only time I ever needed a ruler was in school, which makes me wonder the target audience of Young Comic is; and 3) the obvious, which is that someone is going to jack off to a goddamned ruler."
