Again, the error here is not that the boss flag isn't ticked, because if the fix were so simple they would have done an emergency patch the day after. The notice in game clearly indicates that they're trying to come up with a solution that will still give us all these other options (stun, doom, etc.) without the completely unfair game-breaking ones (Poison and web).

If this were true, I can't believe how long it's taking them to figure out that all they need to do is cap damage over time damage. I'm sure it wouldn't take more than several hours, if not minutes, to code that in.

IsaacGS Wrote:As for PQ bosses in the Monster Book, they are usually available during certain events. For example, at KMS's 5th anniversary, you could trade in the extremely common ETC drop "Maple Leaf" in large numbers for a monster book card every day. I never once did KPQ in KMS, and yet I have all 5 of King Slime's cards. Granted it takes a few thousand Leaves for one exchange, but you can do this on ANY boss from what I've heard (the highest someone had been able to exchange that I know of was Papulatus). Still, I was getting 2-3k leaves a day in my 3x, so it wouldn't be too hard to get more.

Did not know about that. Thanks for enlightening me! Shine

you realise it's not exactly easy to do program coding, and it's even harder to find a way to fix a bug/glitch. Took my bf 6 hours to find a way to fix the bug for the program he was writing for an assessment, and it was only a tiny one. Nexon America made NLC from scratch and there is no templates from other versions to look at, so it's bound to be harder to figure out how to fix this bug.

*offtopic: lol at Nexon notice of "Abusing Bigfoot"

Trust me on this, trying to fix a glitch has a habit of causing at least 5 more for quite a long time

Well, I said several hours so that they could work out the bugs, if any. If their code is organized enough, it shouldn't be much of a problem.

Things get obselete once in a while, live with it.

Like my computers! Except it's once I open the box, it's obsolete... damn you technology...

It took them about 7 months to fix the damage cap for Marksman skills, I don't see why you expect this one to be massively faster.Rolleyes I guess we save the initial week or so when no Marksmen had strong enough Pierce to break the cap and report the glitch, but other than that they have known about it for a while.

Someone's forgotten how to use their Puppet o_o

Puppet's not too useful when it moves 90 miles an hour and plows through it in one hit. Maybe at level 20.

It would be nice if they compensated you for the lost SP though.
But thats not happening xd

Well, I meant killing it at 11x. Your Puppet is expected to be level 20. Same concept with Headless Horseman. It can't tank too many hits but by properly placing it, you can hold back any monster.

He's never killed my Puppet in one hit, I assure you it has some tanking power.

The game is too noob friendly as it is. Seriously has anyone made a new character yet? They quest you to level 10 >_>. Then the new "training" quests from your job master in the beginning, giving you pots and equips and experience.

Its a smart move on Nexon's part. If you get people to play long enough (and make it easy in the beginning) they are more likely to not quit when the massive grinding starts

I see some people talking about soloing Bigfoot, so I'll contribute my experiences!

I solo'd mine in the Evil Dead. The best way, in my opinion, is to stand with your back to a wall. It's impossible to pin BF right now because of the glitched KB, so it's better to just fend him off while standing your ground. I'm at a high level with max Hurricane and 25 Phoenix, but I'm sure any Bowman could do what I did with patience. You just have to keep putting Puppet up right after it dies. The most damage I saw BF do in one hit to it was 5200 (max Puppet has 6000) but sometimes BF only does around 1k to it.

I was scared crapless the few times he managed to rush through my defenses - BUT hang on! Because of the way they designed BF, there is one last resort you have to learn to take advantage of. If you mess up and he rushes past your Puppet, don't lose hope. If you keep attacking even when he's too close, he'll start doing that ground stomp (which does 1 damage). Take that time to cast Puppet and recover!

It was VERYYY fun soloing BF! I don't know why Bowman would want to use Hawk and take that fun away, honestly. O_O Be pro, come on!

^ pretty much how I handled it (well, I didn't do the whole solo, a friend got on an F/P and finished it off in a matter of seconds). But if it's possible on Evil Dead, it's definitely possible on Twisted Paths.

Or you can just stun it with Arrow Bomb or Hawk and use Hurricane to pin it.

I don't know if Hurricane changes it, but I can't keep HH pinned with Jr. Wraiths running around. He advances quite a bit every time one of them spawns in the way of strafe. with Bigfoot's extreme speed, I can imagine he could easily make up the distance to you in that time. Toss in the glitched KB and I'm seeing how this could be extremely dangerous...

Yeah, I know. But some people don't like abusing glitches.

That's just how I roll.
