How does Southperry like their steak?

I prefer it well done. If it's dry, the meat probably wasn't juicy enough in the first place. ._.

Sometimes the person cooking gets it wrong and it ends up medium well done. >.>

I had this really awesome steak at an Italian restaurant for my birthday last year. It was so good I almost swore never to eat steak from anywhere else ever again...but I never went through with it after looking at the bill. x.x

EDIT: I just remembered the name of the restaurant. It's "Pontini", at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel, Singapore. Not that any of you would really want to eat steak at a classy Italian restaurant in Singapore, anyway. Might as well go to Europe or something.

Anything from the western/european countries is a luxury to singaporeans. you know how kiasu we are and how rare these type of foods come along..

Kobe Beef is supposed to be delicious. They hand feed the cows and give the cows massages every day or something like that.

If it comes to the table still mooing there's a problem. I don't eat red meat so I like my turkey burgers well done!
