How does Southperry like their steak?

Time to separate the men from the boys. Don't lie to yourselves, either.

Myself? Medium rare at shitty restaurants, rare at top class.

Anything other than medium well done/well done is bottom-tier.

Real men eat their meat cooked, Greg. Don't lie to yourself.

Same preference as Felix. I like eating the burnt pieces.

Well-done is a waste of meat. That could've been a tasty, medium-rare treat for a real man.

Medium-rare; no country eats it religiously, but no one hates it like Well-done (Europeans) or rare (for us Americans). You don't risk salmonella for being rare nor do you ruin the steak by cooking it beyond recognition. It's the perfect....... medium.

The family of one of my friends likes their steak red. I swear, they just crank the heat WAY up to make the outside to look like a steak, while leaving the inside damn near raw. Drives me nuts. I have to dig around for the pink in the middle strips. But they douse everything in Lawry's, so they got some bonus points for that.

Never tried it but:
When I was 7, I was on my way to France, and my dad ROFL'ed after I pronounced Steak as 'STEEK'.
Enjoy your steak SP.

I dislike steak. It's a waste of beef that could make an excellent burger.
