Gacha chairs and event item locations?

ok, where are the new event items found, and which gachapons dispnce chairs?
and is lord pirate chair relesed?

not nessicarily those new ones, the non-eraser ones, directly from gacha(example is moon star chair)

Gold Seal Chair is obtained from Henesys gachapon. That's all I know as of now.
I'm not sure the Pirate chair is out, it might only be in the data.
