my guess is that the items are the quest reward items, and the chairs are probably part of the erasers rewards.

not nessicarily those new ones, the non-eraser ones, directly from gacha(example is moon star chair)

Gold Seal Chair is obtained from Henesys gachapon. That's all I know as of now.
I'm not sure the Pirate chair is out, it might only be in the data.
