Dispel Doesn't Carry Over Between Maps

Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!: When you dispel someone, and move to a new map, it's as if you never dispelled them in the first place. The effect (curse) comes back and you have to dispel them again for it to go away.

Too lazy, and the curse always runs out before I can get a screen shot of it happening.

I noticed this as well, but I didn't think much of it.

I noticed this in the dojo lol...at first I just thought I was really failing @ dispel haha.

I've noticed this everywhere in JMS too.

Have you talked to the person who you were dispelling to see if only you were seeing the animation or if they were actually still cursed?

I remember with those Russellon Potions (or whatever those Magatia potions that cursed, poisoned, etc. did), even when you uncurse yourself, you still see other's effects (or something along those lines... I dont really remember, but basically, the affect stays there for whatever reason, even after they cured it).
