Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!: When you dispel someone, and move to a new map, it's as if you never dispelled them in the first place. The effect (curse) comes back and you have to dispel them again for it to go away.

Have you talked to the person who you were dispelling to see if only you were seeing the animation or if they were actually still cursed?
I remember with those Russellon Potions (or whatever those Magatia potions that cursed, poisoned, etc. did), even when you uncurse yourself, you still see other's effects (or something along those lines... I dont really remember, but basically, the affect stays there for whatever reason, even after they cured it).

Mhmmm. None of them could use any skills/they kept on missing.
