So it turns out we begin our adventure in Canada. Korea thought they were witty picking a town in Canada. They thought nobody would ever look there! What other towns in Maplestory are actual towns?

There's at least one Amherst in the United States too, isn't there?

Amherst is a play on the name Amethyst, which is a common name in RPGs.

No not at all. Amethyst is a jewel. I am not sure where you got this idea from! If all other towns were named vaguely like jewels then maybe this logic would stand, but that's not the case and yeah. Amherst definitely has nothing to do with Amethyst.

What does any of that have to do with Amherst? Amherst isn't a precious purple town. It's not a town full of drunkards being protected by their jewels. Looking the same =/= being the same.

Evidence that you need to beat a DC 15 to detect BombsAway's sarcasm correctly. Fortunately I made the roll! (with a minus one penalty -_-
Unfortunately, there's a lot of "coincidences" like these, such as Scanian trucking. Hmmm...

There are literally dozens of Amherst's, it's a pretty common name.

There's no sarcasm in either of those posts! I don't know what anything passed the first sentence is supposed to mean. I think you made a Dungeons and Dragons reference though, so I'm gonna laugh. Nerd. Go back to Amethyst.
